All transactions and services are governed by the service agreement and current tariff applicable at the time of the transaction.
RogerPay Fastag does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the Website/Mobile Application. Access may be suspended for maintenance or other reasons.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the Website/Mobile Application. Commercial use or exploitation is prohibited unless explicitly permitted.
Users must not host or transmit prohibited content as outlined in Rule 3 of the IT Act Rules.
The global nature of the internet may require technical adjustments to facilitate data transmission.
RogerPay Fastag is not responsible for data corruption or errors during transactions. User data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Use of the Website/Mobile Application is governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy.
RogerPay Fastag provides the website and its services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
RogerPay Fastag is not liable for technical issues, data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website/Mobile Application.
Users may access financial services offered by third-party institutions. RogerPay Fastag does not guarantee or endorse these services.
Ticket cancellations are subject to the policy of the ticketing company. Refunds are credited to the user's wallet and must be used within one year.
“Facility provider” shall mean the Internet Payment Gateway provider with which the RogerPay Fastag has an arrangement for facilitating online payment through their respective payment gateway.
“Merchant” shall mean the User/Retailer/Distributor/Super Distributor making Payments to the Company to avail the Services.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, RogerPay Fastag will provide to the Merchant the Services as and in the manner set forth.
This Agreement shall commence on the Activation Date and shall continue to be in effect unless terminated in accordance with the Terms.
RogerPay Fastag is entitled to change or update the terms of service, including settlement timelines for merchants opting for any additional Services from RogerPay Fastag, without prior approval of such Merchant.
Upon signing the agreement, Merchant agrees that payment gateway services provided by RogerPay Fastag will be used for loading the wallet to carry out the digital financial services offered on the platform.
The Merchant can use Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI to take the wallet load and agrees that they take complete ownership of knowing the cardholder and resolving any dispute that arises during the process.
In using the facility, the Merchant agrees:
If the Payment Gateway Service Provider communicates to RogerPay Fastag the receipt of a chargeback from a cardholder, the Merchant will be notified accordingly.
The Merchant may furnish chargeback documents pertaining to the associated transaction in order to substantiate completion of the transaction or delivery of goods/services.
If the Merchant is unable to furnish the required documents, or if the Payment Gateway Service Provider is not satisfied with the submitted documents, the service provider may order reversal of the chargeback amount to the cardholder’s payment instrument.
For transactions resulting in a chargeback, RogerPay Fastag may withhold the chargeback amount in reserve from the Retailer, Distributor, or Super Distributor wallet or settlement amount.
RogerPay Fastag may debit any chargeback amount and associated fees, fines, or expenses from settlement amounts and may withhold a stipulated percentage during the withholding term for settlement of chargebacks.
Where a transaction is disputed by a cardholder or payer, the Merchant must provide proof of delivery of service and make appropriate adjustments or refunds as required.
The Merchant shall comply with security practices and procedures prescribed under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made thereunder, and applicable RBI rules and regulations.
Any loss incurred by RogerPay Fastag or the Payment Gateway Service Provider as a result of a security breach attributable to the Merchant or its agents shall be indemnified by the Merchant.
The Merchant shall indemnify and hold harmless RogerPay Fastag, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives against losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims, judgments, awards, settlements, and fines arising from transactions, data breaches, violations of law, refunds, chargebacks, and other contractual breaches.
In addition, the User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the platform and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including attorney’s fees, arising out of misuse of the service, passwords, accounts, or infringement of third-party rights.
Although the website or mobile application may be accessed from locations where the company does not do business, no representation is made that services or products will be available in every state, country, or jurisdiction.
By accessing the website or mobile application, users agree that such access does not establish personal jurisdiction where the company is not currently doing business.
The entire contents of the website and mobile application are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The owner of the copyrights and trademarks is RogerPay Fastag Infotech Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, or other third-party licensors.
You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material on the website, including text, slogans, logos, graphics, code, or software, except for personal and non-commercial use as permitted.
The company may terminate membership privileges of any member, user, or merchant who infringes the copyright rights of others upon receipt of proper notification.
Copyright-related complaints should include the signature of the authorized person, a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, contact details, and required declarations of good faith and accuracy.
This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use the website or mobile application.
The platform reserves the right to terminate access to certain areas, features, or all services at any time, with or without notice, to protect platform interests and users.
Access may be denied or limited where users provide false information, engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, breach the terms and conditions, send spam, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access or modification of systems and data.
The website and mobile application may contain links to third-party websites. These linked sites are not under the control of RogerPay Fastag, and the company is not responsible for their content, products, changes, updates, or transmissions.
Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with the privacy statements and terms of use of linked websites.
Advertisers are solely responsible for soliciting and placing ads and for responding to inquiries related to such advertising. All copyright, database rights, trademarks, and design rights in the website and its published material belong to the website owner unless otherwise stated.

Notices or demands to a User or Merchant shall be effective if delivered personally, sent by courier, certified mail, facsimile, or email to the last known details provided by the user.
Thoughts, reviews, or comments posted by visitors reflect their own views and are not moderated by the company. Requests for removal may be sent by email where appropriate within legal and business frameworks.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law, and users submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chennai Courts.
Any forbearance or failure by the company to enforce a provision shall not affect its right to require performance at a later time, nor shall such waiver or forbearance be treated as a waiver of the provision itself.
If any provision of the Agreement is held contrary to law, invalid, or unenforceable, such provision shall be construed as nearly as possible to reflect the intent of the parties, while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
Any cause of action arising out of or related to the services must commence within one month after the cause of action arose, failing which such cause of action is permanently barred.
These Terms of Use set forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and RogerPay Fastag Infotech Pvt Ltd with respect to the website and mobile application.
You acknowledge that any other agreements between you and RogerPay Fastag Infotech Pvt Ltd with respect to the website or mobile application are superseded and of no force or effect.
